Had some extra time finally and took the cavalier to get the downpipe made to match this saab turbo. Got it back today, checked it over threw in the blue tops and fired her over to see what would happen with no tune and to my surprise it ran very good. 12.5 idle. Ended up moving my ve offset to 40 percent and maxed out my 100 percent tables to see if it was enough fuel. Ended up runnin a nice 10.5 full throttle. It surprised me that it pulled like it did. Although it still nothing compared to my old built setup. Im happy with 6 pounds.....untill my boost controller comes to the mail box!
I was watching the boost gauge and it hits about 7 or 7.5 and then goes to 6 and holds. So my guess is if i turn it up to lets say 13 will it hold at 10 11? Anyone run any higher and it hold? It feels good to have it boosted agian!

i would not double what the wastegate is set at so if it is set at 6 i wouldnt go over 12

So you are running the saab blue tops? also did you modify the injector constant? what are you using to tune?
