What did you guys wire your pumps to? Do they turn on the minute your key does? Key on engine off? key on engine running? Wired to a switch?

I just wired mine into my Fuel pump fuse wire in the fuse box under the hood. turns on when the car is on and doesnt come on when the key is turned back

The radio always has power when the car is on, plus it can run without the engine running. Also in the odd chance the it shorts out the circuit, i'd rather lose my radio than fuel pump.

i'm tied in the pink wire under the hood. i can run the pump after the car is not running (between autox runs).

if you use the fuel pump wire to trigger a relay to turn the pump on its not going to draw enough current to pop a fuse. its only powering a relay.
