trying to figure out what connects with the GM s/C kit to the valve cover port? Anyone have pics or what they did, just put a breather?

i connected mine to an air inlet pipe to my turbo so it will get vacuum. your supercharger application will be the same. route a line from the air inlet pipe to the hose barb on the valve cover. you want vacuum at that valve cover port for crank case ventilation. you can put a breather on there but it will not function like it suppossed without vacuum.
Mine goes from the port to my catch can and then to the brake booster line. Then I need a vented oil filler cap that I just havent gotten to yet.

you can put a breather on it but at some point you'll get oil all over your valve cover. didn't think of this until now but there should be a nipple on the throttle body adapter plate you can run a hose from the valve cover to the plate and that should give you vacuum.
have you read the

funny how GM doesn't mention this in the instructions, no?
aaah found it in the instructions:
63. Install supplied PCV hose from cam cover to supplied fitting
on air intake snorkel

ok and where the heck is this:
62. Remaining vacuum port on throttle body adapter must be connected
to vacuum accumulator port on automatic transmission
cars.
found the port on the tb adapter, where is the line for this accumulator?

I dont remember for sure where the line comes off of the trans. But i connected mine just like the instructions say. As for the port off of the VC. Mines just had a hose out it hanging there for a long time now
you want the port on the valve cover to a vacuum source. do not just vent it to the atmosphere. without it under boost your are pressureizing the crankcase. this will cause loss of power and can blow out seals. if you cant find a port on the intake pipe then buy a 90 an fitting to hose barb addapter and screw one in your intake pipe. thats what i did.
