M62 charger purchasing help

I called and Junkyard and they said they would give me the charger and intake mani plus all the piping for 700, or should i just save about 250 more and buy the kit off one of the members, i think it was missing a few thinks. please help any input would be good

you don't need piping. you need all the pieces that make the supercharger work, those are listed in multiple threads in this section.

You need to be a little bit more specific. What car do you plan to put this on? Nobody makes a manifold to put the M62 on the 2.turd.

hmmm Wow, its going on a 2.2 eco, imma just go get it from the junker, i read the post i know what i need for the most part imma go with it and figure out the rest thanks.

he's doin an eco swap via his post in P&M. unfortunately, he made no mention of that in his post and that's why i edited my post.

i would buy the other kit for the extra 250 but only if it comes with everything u need to put it on ur eco

Thanks Krzy, Its to late now i took off work and went and got it, its was a great deal just need a TB and A tmap.

BTW i contacted MD about the Group Purchase and i haven't heard a thing, anybody know where i can get one!? I NEED A TB ADAPTER!!!

^u posted that today and the gp has only been going for like ten days or something. relax and wait for a response, or do what u were supposed to do and put ur name on the list if you want the part.

If your really want a tb adapter and dont wanna wait for the GP, take the charger and a tb to a machine shop and get them to make something.

Yea, that's not a bad idea, might have to go that route, I'll call a few machine shops today and see what they say.. Thanks again Guys

I've got an LSJ throttlebody for sale if you still need that.
As said you don't need piping not sure wtf that is about.
You'll need the charger, im, other various things such as tensioners and crap it's really easy.

The LSJ TB wont work on J-bodies. They use cable TBs not electric.

Wrong. When someone says 2.turd. they are reffering to the 2.2ohv. If it was the 2.2 ecotec, they would say eco.

Go buy the kit from GM like I did, Comes with everything you need but installation and a tune. A lil pricey but hey, it's brand new and legit. Im sure everyone already knew this though. lol

It is not that easy since GM shut down their performance division.
