where should i get a complete turbo kit for my 03 cavi? i need the manifold, downpipe, turbo, bov, intercooler, everything you need for a turbo to get installed? also who installs turbos and how much can i expect to spend for the turbo plus install? i plan on getting a new exhaust system as well.

Like stated above the Hahn kit is one of, if not the only full turbo kit available. But piecing your own kit together can save you some money and give you a few more options for parts. Like wastegates, turbo, manifolds, etc. I just piced together a saab setup and with everything all said and done spent about $900-1000.
Also if you need someone else to install it your probably looking at 9-12 hours of work if nothing needs to be fabbed up or modified to fit.
My advice, Do TONS of research, figure out your goals for the car. then go from there.
i see where your coming from, i was at that point. i still dont know it all but im not a fan of someone just coming on here and wanting a turbo car. our cars were not meant to have a turbo and it was added and trial and errored(not a word but it is for me

you really need to research into it. establish what goes where and what does what, and MOST importantly, TUNE TUNE TUNE. learn what needs to be done to tune the car, and just learn about boost in general, and gain the experience and put it on yourself. that way if something fails you have a general idea where to look.
dont just hop into this hoping right off the bat to have a flawless boosted cav, wont happen.

^^this is why mine will never see any type of boost, contrary to previous plans.
Why not just sc it with the sc reflash? They have factory setups that will work very well, providing it was all installed/tuned correctly.
dont get me wrong, my car has been lucky, i have not had to really adjust anything on my car, and have not had any downtime. have not touched it for 2 years. the SC is simple and easy and gets you boost, but is very limited. turbo has endless options!
