well heres my dilema...im running a sabb kit and im in need of some good bolts that will bolt the downpipe and turbo together ive been breakin em quite easily and im quite tired of it. this weekend im goin to be taking the turbo off and tapping and rethreading the holes. now i know there is some bolts at my local hardware stores that should be up to the heat and will not break on me even when i am trying to loosen them! lol, plz help me at least with wat type of hardware i should be lookin for the regular autozone bolts ive been buying have not been working out for me.

what i did for a buddys saab turbo, was drill out the two threaded holes that go all the way through, and got all grade 8 stuff from lowes.... so rather than having a stud coming out of the turbo (like it is stock), i had a bolt going straight through the turbo and downpipe, and the putting a washer and bolt on the other end, this way u if u break the bolt somehow, its not threaded into the turbo, and wont be a bitch to get out... hope that kinda helps... if it made any sense lol

Stock bolts will be better than autozone crap. Put anti seize on the threads if you plan on taking them off.

yeah the third on is always gonna be the stud, kind of unfortunate, but u can work around that i guess...

i guess u could do that for the turbo to manifold too, i never had problems with that though...

Order some bolts or studs at allenfastener.com - pick up some ARP's and use light antiseize.
