Saab turbo coolant line routing????
Monday, June 01, 2009 10:57 AM
Bought a used saab turbo and it didn't come with any of the lines. I know what I want to do for the oil feed and return, but unsure how to do the coolant lines. From what i've seen on the forums most are using the upper radiator hose for feed and one of the heater core hoses for return. My question is could i use the heater core inlet for a feed and the heater core outlet for the coolant return? I was also thinking about tapping the head by the upper rad hose and using a feed similar to the cobalt ss line, but would rather just use the hose tee. Let me know which way you guys think would be the best.

Also should I ran or do I need a restrictor for the oil feed line?
