Were is the line for the bypass valve coming off the supercharger supposed to be connected to?If I plug it I make no boost,If I hook it up to a vacuum port I make 3psi and If i leave it unplugged I make around 7psi.Isn't the stock pulley supposed to make 10psi?
stock pulley is around 8, depending on your location. i only made 8-9 with the stock pulley if i remember correctly

the upper hose from the bypass valve goes from there to the supercharger/
the bottom hose you leave unplug, that is for the cobalts as their boost inhibitor line

hmm you just gave me an idea.. not sure if it would work or not but.. its an idea
what if you made a pressure switch to hook up to that inhibitor line which you could set for a certain PSI then once it hit it, it switches something to open or close whatever to limit boost? this could be a makeshift boost limit you could use for 1st gear or something
, then hit a toggle switch to disable it once you shift?
just a random idea before bed..
