Does anyone know what gasket works with this head?? My old gasket from my Stan's header is shot and was too small (ports were)...Patriot says to use a Fel-Pro but I can't find that they even make one.
I just ported my Hahn manifold to match the size of the head ports (the manifold was much smaller) and I realized my copper gasket was shot.
Anybody know? part numbers would be great...thanks,

as far as i know if you go to any local parts store they should have the felpro one... well for the 2.4L they do any way... thats all i have ever gotten (but then i never ask for any special kind.. just take what they give me)

I'm afraid the holes are going to be too small like my GM one was....what kind of gasket is this? copper? can the ports be enlarged?
I see you got the manifold off in one piece.
It looks like SCE Gaskets makes a copper version, but it has raised edges and stock port (maybe you can open it up)

yea..two of the studs broke coming out...well the threads broke - retapped the manifold, now my gasket is junk and I have a leak...
im pretty sure you could open the holes up slightly on the Felpro one... if you dont mind waiting till tomorrow send me a PM to remind me and i will grab my old gasket and check for you... if i still have it kicking around..
how much more do you have to enlarge them? or how large are the ports on the head now...

I would try an OEM exhaust manifold gasket from an 04+ saab 9-3 with the ecotec engine. Probably cheap, lots of room to port and metal. If you want I can post pictures.
