I'm going to be ordering my Cometic headgasket, only problem is I don't know what thickness to go with. .030 or .074? I already have 9:1 compression pistons with a .020 overbore, and plan on S/C and T/C the engine to the tune of about 15-20 psi.............help me.......I want to figure this out before turbo tech's GP expires

Using a thicker headgasket really isn't a great idea for any application (although they market it as a "boost" headgasket because it lowers compression a little). Also, manifold pressure is completely relative. What kind of power around what rpm are you looking for? Are you also planning to do this on pump gas? These factors will help determine how difficult it will be to tune a 2.4L 9:1 SCR engine.
