Hahn RaceCraft's newly revised StreetRace sheet metal Intake Manifold is now available. This revised manifold is made out of aluminum, comes with or without our optional PortFueler setup and has been tested and used on Hahn RaceCraft's in house 2003 Sunfire.
It's not shown in the pictures, but the manifold comes with a bracket to bolt the dipstick to and it also comes with a bracket to mount the lower radiator hose to.

Sick!!!! I would get it, but I dont think it would work for a 00 cavalier 2.4L. But still it looks awesome!!.
I've been waiting for the surpossed updated version... what kinda price range are we talking for the Portfueler setup? Also how does the TB line up compared with your off the shelf stage 2 kit intercooler piping?
(btw if you want me to e-mail for price range thats fine, not looking fo a down to the dollar shipped quote, just general idea)
also what TB bolts to it? stock or you have to go bigger?
any pics of the inside or the runners?

When you guys going to make an HHR 2.2 Ecotec Kit????
Nice manifold.

What throttle body is being used? How large is it, also?
I must say I am
110% satisfied with the Stage II kit.
The only problem I ran into was the relay for the pump does not last long in PA
weather (salt and other sh*t). It coroded and shorted, making the pump run continusly.
I installed a relay that was designed to be out side (weather proof) and no problems since.
Keep up the good work !!! Hahn Racecraft...........Happy Holidays, Too !!!
it will probably be near 800 dollars for just the manifold

I have an older version but it's easiest with that one from underneath the car.

We will drill and tap the holes to fit the stock throttle body. When the Sunfire ran 11.40's we used the stock throttle body so we know it flows enough boost for most applications.
The oil filter is actually easy to get to from above with a socket, extension and ratchet. If you don't have the correct socket, I have also gotten it off with an adjustable wrench by removing the I/C pipe connected to the TB.
I do not have any of those pics Phil but I can take them because the manifold is off the car right now.
