Questions on Injectors and More

Im wanting to replace my injectors because the ones I currently have were rebuilt and I want to put in new ones for a piece of mind. I also want to upgrade over the 36# Accels that come with the HRC2 kit.

I plan on continuing to use my cartech FPR, but I dont want to run such high fuel pressure, so Im wanting to go for possibly 44# injectors.
Im looking at these here, Im guessing I want low impediance, Im not 100% sure if these are or not, and am wondering if someone could help me out or make recomendation.

I have the 20g turbo, and my plans are to run 12psi by the end of the year, and get a built motor in this winter, I would still like to use the new injectors with the built motor and higher psi than 20, but not sure where the 44# will max out at, pretty sure they will go a ways if Im increasing fuel pressure though.

The Cartech FPR seems to be working decent for me now, so I haven't decided to abandon it and switch totally to HP tuners, Ive used HPtuners so far to edit some timing, set command AFR and PE parameters to keep things running smooth at partial throttle the only place where i see a little KR time to time which for the most part is elminated now.

I think that one of the injectors I have now may not be working properly when its cold, since the 1st startup I have had a ticking noise which was not present before I installed the turbo, to me it sounded like an exhaust tick and went away when the car warmed up, I assumed it was the flex pipe on my downpipe, which I could feel leaking a little, but now IM thinking it may be something else. It goes away completely when the cars warm, but now IM thinking maybe one of my injector is not working well when cold and leaning out one of the cylinders causing knock and that could be the ticking, but im not exactly sure thats what it sounds like, to me it still sounds like exhaust leak, and I haven' been able to find signs of any leaks like carboned up areas on my manifold or downpipe, just a little hot air coming out of the top of the flex pipe. I wish I wasn't the only one around here that was into this @!#$ I know half you guys could take a look at it and know in a few minutes, im just worried something bad is going to happen, one reason why I want to try new injectors. If anyone wants to help I could try to video tape it, its comes from down in the firewall area.

Thanks for reading all this, appreciate any help offered.

It does not sound like there is anything wrong with your injectors. I would bet money it is just an exhaust leak that you have not found yet. My turbo car had the same tick that went away when it warmed up. I wound up tracking it down to a crack in the manifold.

I think you should be more worried about having a wideband. That will tell you if you have a injector going bad or if your car is running lean.

I do have a wideband and its staying right where it should at idle on startup so I think you are probabally right there.
