BOV ?'s
Wednesday, June 20, 2007 12:16 PM
First it is a 50mm tial BOV, i can not seem to get the valve to seal correctly. What I mean is when I start to get on the gas it begins to squeal very annoyingly until I get into it hard. I guess what I am trying to get at, is the bov shot, am i running more psi then this thing can handle, or is this normal from this bov. Thanx for any help in advance,

its very pickey when being set up, sounds to me like you do not have the O Ring seated in properly. I have one on my car. I suggest taking it off and redoing it. I know it's a pain but its worth it

Actually I did just yesterday, and it worked ok, I could still faintly hear it seeping out. Then this morning on my way to work, it was doing it again like I never did anything.

Just thought I would get my topic to the top again, because I would really like some more suggestions, because this is driving me crazy.

Is there an adjustment screw you can tighten? Is it a REAL Tial or a knock-off?

From what I can tell from what other people have it is the real one, and their is no screw for adjustment.
