Honstly, I got one of the EBay knockoff Turbo XS RFL blow off valves, and it is damn near identical to the real one in my friend's 240SX. I bought mine along with the flange pipe and just plumbed it in with the rest of my IC piping. Just be sure to do a few things first:

-Take the thing completely apart, and clean it thoroughly. The grease they used is cheap, and won't withstand any kind of heat.

-Get rid of those damn washers. They were just jumbled together in mine causing the springs inside to bind up.

-Polish the inside body of the valve, and the outside of the brass "piston" using a dremel and buffing wheel. This will help the piston slide better, therefore making the BOV more efficient.

- Re-clean everything with brake parts cleaner or another evaporating solvent that won't leave a residue.

-When reassembling, use a high quality synthetic grease. I used Green Grease for mine.

Or invest in the real deal and don't do @!#$ half-assed. Buy a good BOV and be done with it.

i have a knockoff hks ssqv and have no problems with it, everyone on here always talks buy the top of the line stuff, sometimes its not even worth all the money, that sort of stuff is way overpriced, i have no problems with an ebay turbo and bov.

I take piece of mind over a few bucks here and there... I have a TXS Type-H, not the RFL - I've only driven the car twice so far, but i like it

In my opinion the RFL would not be a good bov to invest in anyway. But I do however run that same knock off and I recommend getting some different set screws for it from like a hardware store and you should be set.
