Well with rebuilding your internals - would you be keeping stock compression? That affects matters greatly. You also didn't mention if you plan to keep the default pulley on the S/C etc.
Honestly though - the only way to accurately tell you how much power you're gonna make is to do it and DYNO it. Every engine is a little different. You can't actually say that "this mod is gonna produce X HP."
I've never heard of this "part throttle" before. Does it just bolt on?

For 270hp with a M45 nitrous is a must.
