Currently i'm just waiting on a manifold from CCFAB but having some issues in getting it due to problems with the head flange getting to him to make it.
if for some reason this falls through, who else is there to turn to?
only place i can find that can do it is:
http://www.jgstools.com/turbo/index2.html so im thinking i might have to go that route
anyone got the materials from the link i posted and if so, how far to the drivers side did you put the flange for the turbo so that the compressor is more so on the drivers side and utilizes the space from the firewall going in a bit
If you gets down to it lemme know.
These are the ones we made for our turbo'd 2200 sunfire in SS.
Our right hand drive civic...
In process 99 Eclipse
i know PhilioZ24 had posted he used the materials from the link i provided to make one, hopefully he can shed some light
why dont you ask Josh F with the twincharged sunfire.....i remember him posting one sweet @ss manifold
josh and i have had some differences in the past and dont have the # to get ahold of the place that he went through
i have a 2.4 flange if you want, but it is made out of mild steel. i bought it from customtubesinc.
The welds on those manifolds are discusting, do you guys need a tig welder, I am job searching, lol, but really I am, and I promise me and a tig welder get along much better than the guy that did those.
why not make your own man? when i turbo my motor thats what im doing.

if the welds hold then there's absolutely nothing wrong with them.
-Trailblazer SS - not so custom 6.0L - custom intake - custom tune
- (1) 2.4L on an engine stand (1) blown trans (2) good quad trans (1) eco trans = party
I am surprrised Hahn Racecaft has not stepped up to the plate to make one.
FORGET GIRLS GONE WILD WE HAVE GOVERNMENT SPENDING GONE WILD!
Hahn at one time made a manifold for the 2.4. I am not sure they still have the flange or jig for it anymore

Have you made a long tube exhaust manifold before thats purged and tig welded? You have to understand when welding the primaries together that there is space between them and you have to fill up the gaps. Is that what your referring to disgusting wise?
Only reason the welds look like they are raised on this one is because ryan had the gas pressure on 33 psi instead of 13 where he normally keeps it for purge welding. Also we didn't remove the carbon build up on the other to show that the others are very flat and smooth just like the welds on our raw intakes before we polish them up and we sell them. We wrap the exhaust manifolds in header wrap which doesn't hurt them since they are stainless.... But for those who know our products, we stand behind everything that we do and guarantee our craftsmanship. We've turbo'd 6 vehicles in our shop as of now and none of the manifolds, down pipes or charge pipes have failed. I guess we can't please everyone these days....
