My ? is.. there is a turbo and manifold for sale in the jbody class. and I have pics from the guy but he said the turbo is off a Dodge Caravan,I never knew those vans had turbos
Is this true and would it work on my 98 2.4?He said it was a To4e or somethin like that.Mani looks like log style and intercooler is kind of small compared to some I've seen,I'll posts pics in a minute

Looks like its gonna take some "work" to make that turbo fit on the manifold, it kinda looks like the owner tried to drill out the top left hole on the flange to maybe fit the mani
yeah your right he said he never had it installed because his ex took the cav in the divorce

those turbos are really small. fully spooled by 1000-1500rpms iirc. you wont make over 200hp with it.
I want to share something with you - the three sentences that will get you through life. Number one, 'cover for me', Number two, 'oh, good idea, boss', Number three, 'it was like that when I got here.'
thanks I think i'll say no on this deal

ya, its a teo4h, and there really small, have one on my 89 dodge shadow.
I already have nitrous and just want to run low boost on stock internals and maybe upgrage the fuel pump and injectors so what amount of boost are these capable of?

The problem is that turbo is way below the efficiency range for your motor. It would get heatsoaked, make almost no power, and you'd just destroy it. I can't imagine how much shaft play it would develop after a week of boosting on it.
