LS1 tb what's needed to make it work?

As the title states what is needed to make a 75 or 80 mm LS1 tb work on an HO intake, do I just make an adapter plate and all the electrical connectors just plug right in or what?

Well to be honest, there's no need for that. Even if you're boosted, a ported HO throttle body will be just plenty. Take a look at what Skilz10179 did with his HO intake. He just used the RSM 62mm TB and his car was capable of 450 plus to the tire.

Ok thanks, I was just looking at the post were the person wit the LD9 powered GA made 462 whp and he was using an LS1 tb and I have many friends with LS1 powered cars who have replaced their stock tb's with aftermarket and I can get one for free.

With header and catback, its really not necessary. If you're going for BIG BIG power, then yes eventually. But until your throttle body and intake manifold actually restricting airflow... no need to spend extra money.
