So today I went w/ the Trevtec Motorsport boys to the dyno, the dyno is a mustang dyno NOT a dynojet, to do some tuning.
I started at 342hp 327tq, and finished the day w/ 432hp and 424tq, to the wheels.
the boost was at a max 14.7lbs on the first run of the day and ended at 15.9lbs
a/f averaged between 11.2-11.9
on the 432hp run I made 3.3lbs of boost at 2500rpmand was at over 10lbs by about 3550rpm.
I'm still scanning the sheets.
-Trailblazer SS - not so custom 6.0L - custom intake - custom tune
- (1) 2.4L on an engine stand (1) blown trans (2) good quad trans (1) eco trans = party
Here's the image. How much did Mike Karas dyno? How much boost was he running? Just curious.
This is a 2.4L LD9 motor.

major props man... im hoping to get to the dyno soon to see what im puting down cause i know its up there. im also currently runnin 15 lbs. of boost to my 2.4 with a Turbonetics T3/T04E 57trim .63 A/R Stage 3 Wheel. the car feels amazingly strong even in upper gears. i literally have traction issues in third gear at 50 mph its pretty impressive. i read above that your running a GT 30, i also plan on upgrading to a Garrett GT30 71R in the near future if everything goes well. I was unable to afford a GT series turbo due to me buying the AEM standalone system. My hybrid actualy builds boost rather quickly with no lag. we alot of time scanning over turbo charts contemplating between two of them but i feel we went with the right one. Im having a few issues with timing errors above 6000 rpm right now but luckily we found the problem. my crank trigger wheel seems not be mounted perfrectly centered on the pulley therefore some of the teeth are further away from the sensor than others. easy fix though, just have to slot out the bolt holes in the trigger wheel and spend some time with it to align in perfectly. but yes, the car runs amazing at 15 psi so i know what your feeling and its a good feeling hah. were planning on running as much as 20 psi on pump gas although we are currently working on a calibration for E85 fuel. once were done with the cal we should be able to run 25 psi on E85 and make a significant amount of more hp and tq acrossed the board. but just wanted to let you know that i saw your post and was amazed man, gave me a chubby when i read it knowing that im somewhere close to that range. given you are running a GT series but i should still be right around the 400 mark and i got more boost to go. dont know if your attending the jbody meet in ohio this year but if you do i would like to meet up with you and check out the car. hit me up on AIM if you use it: mad96cavyz24

Congratulations man, this has been a long time coming for you. I think I've been slowly watching your progress for 3 years now... fantastic #'s.
And at such a low PSI too... very well done - though the fuel makes QUITE a difference. What kind of advance were you seeing at 15 psi?
I'm curious to see what you'd manage on pump gas at that PSI....
As mentioned, you are the new highest HP LD9 on the .org. Again, congratulations!

-Sweetness-

Slowly but surely may some day win this race...
Wow, that is very impressive. Like others have mentioned, congratulations.
Absolutely amazing man
Congratulations, i'm also hoping to be somewhere in this range in a couple of months.
