Is it SUPPOSED to be a bitch to remove the stock supercharger pulley? Any advice?

Yep, it's on there good. Heat is your friend, but in moderation. Being careless with a torch can easily ruin seals.

I didn't say it was necessary, just said it was your friend, it can help make things easier.

Cobalts and Redlines have an M62, not M90.

Mine would not come off with a power steering puller, I had to buy the ZZP puller and it was still a bitch. Too bad I sold it off, now that I need it again.

Sorry to threadjack, but I plan on running gm sc, 2.5 exhaust, header, cai, 3.0 pulley, and gm reflash. I will hammer it every once in a while, however seeing this is a daily driver and want it to last, I think this setup is fine. Should I seen some impressive gains? Or is there a chance I could be unsatisfied, especially since paceperformance raised their prices....lol
