There is no 'best', it will be application specific. Give us more info on your build, and what year motor you have.

Once again, more info.
Specifically what year (the cam changed significantly in '94, so different years will be able to handle different grinds)?. Also, what size turbo, how much boost are you planning on running, what other engine mods will be done?
