I figured I should post this in boost rather than under 3rd Gen so I have a 2.2 Ecotec with a fpr that has a return line settup utilizing a vacuum tube for regulation I have been kindly told by another on here that the Lt1 adjustables state they can be adjusted anywhere from 30-70psi and are compatible. would any one happen to know whats the norm psi on a stock regulator for the ecotec and if dramatically lower say 15 psi would I need fuel injectors to keep up with the difference or would the return line function counter act to prevent over fueling?

you don't have to be that descriptive, all the FPR setups on 3rd gens are like that

first suggestion: hooking up a fuel pressure gauge isn't that hard, so if I were you I'd hook it up and take note of the pressures at idle and WOT then install the AFPR and tweak from there.
second, why do you want to lower fuel pressure
i dont want to lower it - i want to increase it but in a safe margin so that my fuel injectors can handle it till i can afford some new ones. I was told that the oem one only produces 15psi and the after market lowest end is 30psi - doubling it is a hell of an increase and i want to make sure that the engine can handle that as stock minus the fact i have a cold air intake and looking at an elefctric sc - so let me know what you think
You'd better run 3 or 4 electric superchargers to keep up with the fuel the new FPR is gonna supply

don't F with fuel if you don't know what you're doing. You're going to make the car slower and run like crap. you need a wideband air/fuel gauge (not the narrowband POS you have now), and some kind of tuning software to alter injector pulsewidth to get the desired air/fuel ratio you want (which you obviously don't have a clue as to what that is)

thats the dumbest thing I ever heard. Sounds like you were talking to a muslce car guy and he was describing your throttle body like its a carbeurator.
fuel injection systems idle around 40psi, and under wide open throttle (on my gauge at least) I saw aroun 48psi of fuel pressure. And just so you understand something...
increasing fuel pressure will get more fuel into the engine to an extent, but if you're boosting your car stock injectors are NOT big enough, plain and simple. All the pressure in the world doesn't mean jack especially since higher pressure doesn't always equate to more flow.. basic fluid dynamics
