where can i get a turbo manifold for a Garrett 16G turbo off of an EVO III to fit my 2.2L OHV thanks

Nowhere. 16G turbochargers are made by Mitsubishi, not Garrett. Anyways, you can usually find a 16G with the T3 style flange to fit your 2.2 manifold, if you know where to look and are dead set on using the Mitsubishi. Also, you may be able to have a 2.2 manifold made with the Mitsu style flange, but this can be costly. Another way to go about it is to buy and use an adaptor flange from a T3 to the Mitsu style flange.
