J-BOM dyno day today. Needless to say, I was surprised!!! Here's the graphs:
HP and TQ (top line is torque):
(the line that does NOT look like the HP line on the other is boost)
These were taken on Monkey Wrench Racing's Dynapack chassis dyno. This is the same place that has done both of my Cavaliers in the past.
STOCK ENGINE BLOCK AND HEAD!!!!!!!!!! Muhahahaha!!!!!!!!!
The weirdness on the right of the graphs was due to an oil leak I'm having with the turbo. The oil was getting sucked back into the intake and began burning off. Due to this, timing and other variables were beginning to screw up, so the car decided enough was enough and stopped making usable power. I'll have that corrected this winter.
If you want, I can post a vid of one of the earlier dynos. 1st pull was 211hp. 2nd pull was 254hp. This is because the turbocharger needed a lot of time to warm up to make a good pull.

Naw. Jeremy still has me beat with significantly lower boost.
No matter though. Him and I will be equal in engine mods come this upcoming year.

I know!!! Mr. Airtonics had to go at that split second to get the pizza that he ordered. Oh well. I do however have a vid of the car during the 1st dyno run of 211hp if anyone really wants to see it (it sucks butt).
