fmu adjusting

did a quick search and didnt find anything so im making a post.

i ned more fuel and until chris can get the hp tuners to work withthe big injectors we ave im gonna rnu the ones i have now. ive got an adjustable fmu made by ati i believe, some people who make procharger if i rmember right, but for the ife of me i cant remember which way the adjustment screw goes to add fuel. im sure its the same on all units.

also im not running a check valve on this, im reading that people run check valves to keep the idle fuel pressure where it should be and under boost to get it up to where it should be. ive got a check valve like tat i ca nthrow in if need be.

all the way to the right is rich and then turning counter clock wise is lean on the ATI adjustable fmu

you could:

1. give ati a call
http://www.procharger.com/

2. turn the knob one way and then watch your gauges. if air fuel reads high, turn it the other way, if your egts read high and climb fast turn the other way.

3. try righty tighty lefty loosy. the more your close the valve the higher the pressure (think water hose and thumb). if im not mistaken fmu works by reducing the flow back to the tank. let less fuel back to the tank and your pressure is going to build.

4. wait for someone else to chime in

would this procedure also work if you are running rich? lets say turn the needle counter clockwise for less fuel pressure?
