Hello,

I was organizing my crap today, and noticed my unhooked, still in the box, pyrom gauge was not reading zero, rather it was reading around 800 or so, the sensors not hooked up since its still in teh box and I'm wondering if thats just where the gauge sits without the sensors hooked up or is the gauge bad? Does anybody remember what there gauge was reading before they hooked up the sensor? I'm just wondering if the gauge is F'ed.

That's how mine read too. I called SWP and it's just something in the design of the gauge that makes it do that. Mine sits at 800 whenever the car is off but as soon as I key it on it goes to 0 and works perfectly.

Power it up and see if it resets. I did that before I installed it to be sure....in fact I've done that with every gauge I have.

Good Idea....I should do that to alot of crap I got...still waiting to get all the pieces to the puzzle.
