Copper Head Gasket - O-ringed 2.4L

Hey guys,
I blew another head gasket. This one is not nearly as bad as the last one. Engine put down 320 WHP before it went. Now i'm trying to figure out if there is a better gasket for an o-ringed 2.4L than an SCE. Thanks guys...

also, is it possible that i blew the copper gasket because i did not re-torque the head? I only have about 500-600 miles on this one. Trying to see what might have caused this and/or any better ways to do it.

did you blow the gasket or was it leaking? I have heard with copper gaskets you have to re-tighten a lot to get it seated, but I have never used one.

I believe that the copper hg on my turbo 2.4 is leaking....blowing water out, but no smoke. We have a customer with 5.0 liter based Ford motor with O-ringed heads with Cometic headgaskets running around 25psi through a 98mm turbo with no problems with leaking.

I have heard a lot of bad things about the SCE Headgaskets. I have one of their exhaust gaskets and it's leaking. If they can't make a simple exhaust gasket seal how can anyone think their HG will?
