It can be used to take the pulley off and put the new one on right? Also if so, how do you go about putting the new one on?

if they did it like the 2.4L s/c'er kits you will only be able to pull it off with the puller.. check the end of your S/C'er... is there a threaded hole? if so then yes you can use it to put the new hub on
