I see a lot of exhaust posts and such and I think this should be a sticky....
I Spent 180 Dollars on 3 inch MANDREL bent exhaust for my car which did not include hangers or flanges, I had a shop do that but they can do ANY size up to 3 Inches, Aluminized or Stainless, with or without hangers/flanges, with or without a muffler....
They also have Jigs for Tubular Turbo Manifolds for the Ecotec and 2.4
Custom Tubes Inc is a great place to work with they answered ym questions quick and also had fast shipping...
All you'd need is a muffler but I would Suggest Megan Racing Mufflers, Cheap on eBay and work wonderful.....
This could be a helpful alternative to Magnaflow or any options for us seeing as it could end up being much cheaper but also offer mandrel bends.

I emailed them and told them Id like to purchase the cobalt or one made for Jbodies header as long as it fits, and all they wrote back was I dont know if it fits weve never tried.

yes on the cobalt they havent but on the ecotec or 2.4 it does...

Turbo Manifold: Ecotec and 2.4
Any Size Exhaust Stainless.. Aluminized... Full Cat Back or just pipes up to and including 3 inch... for our cars...

how come their manifold are not listed on thier site?
Do you know if they can make them for us 2.3L guys? I'm thinking of having a ramhorn made (for fitment issues due to the auto trans) with external gate when I decide to go turbo.

The Jigs being used for these headers are the same ones John Mack had gotten made about 3 years ago when he was making the headers....

custom tubes is a good company but the auto 2,4 turbo header does not fit. its only good for the manual cars. i tried to tell john how to make it but he didnt listen so i had to completely cut it up and get it reweleded.

wat did u pay for ur exhaust QBE? full or catback? and did u use one oftheir manifolds? and are they quality manifolds? sorry for so many questions...im thinkin bout getting full turbo exhaust from them with the header....if the price is right

I got a downpipe back exhaust.... (cat area) with no hangers and no mufflers for 162 shipped.
Thats aluminized steel. Still looks perfect today....
Their prices go up if you want stainless. But still 150 bucks for pipes? Thats amazing... not to mention MANDREL bent AND 3 inch....
I'd possibly get a turbo but that runs high because it IS quality....
if you went all stainless itd be pricey but worth it honestly

I can deal with aluminized.....i want 3 inch full exhaust with no cat/muffler and a turbo manifold to complete it.....so im under the impression u have to call to place an order

im about to order my exhaust from him this week, im worried about the exhaust lining up decently and clearance from the bumper being right when i get it, im running the stock gt back bumper.
