i have the log style manifold for my 2.4 its all ported out, but i kno a guy who does nickel plating. would this be a good idea? im pretty sure the nickel plate would heat up more which would actually b better for the turbo, to spool quicker. this is what i thought help me out, thanks
Jet Hot is the way to go if your going to coat anything.
Nickel won't do anything but make it shine. Not that it's a bad thing. But if you want to keep the heat in there, jet hot is the way to go.
This is my manifold in Jet-Hot2000.....i was like 140 bucks with all the shipping and crap.....i have been running it for about 4 months now and it still looks new
sorry if the pic is huge....
I powdercoated mine with High temp header powdercoating. If you send it to me i can do it for $50. Here is a pic of how mine came out. I have been driving it for like 6 months now and it still looks just as good as when i put it on. I also did the turbo exhaust housing.
/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/ that looks nice!
dcstang, why you missing one of the bolts?
phil, is that the manifold that ccfab built you?
Its only held on by a couple bolts because this was the mock up stage on my other engine.
no i ordered the parts from JGS and had my friends friend weld it....i mocked the manifold up and went from there
thanks for the info. i mite have to find sum1 to jet hot mine.
I had mine done to both sides hot and cool... take a look.
**changes are here**

It's not new at all. Years old actually. Just more conveniant for disconnecting your downpipe. Also not as prone to leaks.
Blew it up, build numbers coming soon
v band clamps are nice. my turbo came with one. another question for you guys. i;ve heard 3" exhaust wont fit over the rear axel and i find this hard to believe cuz i wanna run a turbo back 3 " with a high flow. so sum1 pleze prove these guys im talkin to wrong. pix if u got n e
Dont coat the cold side, polish it if anything, you want it to let the heat out.
