I'm looking for a 8 psi spring for my wastegate but they don't have it where I bought the wastegate. Now I have the choice of 5.83 psi or 11 psi.
I'm now running a 3.5 psi spring with a hallman evolution boost controller but I have issues with it cause I loose boost with RPMs. I adjust the boost to 8 psi and it kicks right on 8 psi when I floor it but it drop back to 3.5 psi(the spring) at high RPMs.
I was wondering if the problem could be solve if anyone know this type of problem OR should I buy the right wastegate spring but like I said I have the choice of only 5.83 or 11 psi for the moment.
11 psi turbocharged ??? I think it's a bit too much for a stock engine. Right!
