i know some of you guys have powdercoated your charge pipes and intake manifold, im just looking for pics of engine bays sorta like mine (yes i know i got the s/c) but im looking for black/silver themed bays and just trying to get an idea what color to powdercoat everything

i was thinking black for the ho manifold and charge pipes but i think it might be too much.... possibly a silver for the ho manifold and black charge pipes...

i appreciate the help

I think all black would be cool. i have everything, and i mean everything on my motor powder coated candy blue but sometimes i wish i would have done it all black....

Skilz, not to thread jack, but did you ever do anythign with the PCV hole in the head. I may drill and tap my HO polished manifold, tap a barbed fitting in there and run it to a catch can and the other to the inlet side of the turbo to make it functional again. Do you think it would be smart to tee the two PCV lines togehter and run them to a catch can, the one in the head and the one you have a small filter on, or would you just put a filter on that and run the other to a catch can?

This is DerekZ24's old Turbo setup, I say old since he sold the setup and I think even the car, hopefully he doesn't mind: ***His was Automatic, tranny wise keep in mind***

Well I'm just putting my beater 2.3 back together, but here are a few pic's of it almost done. I will have pic's of the manifold on tomorrow when I fire the car up again. I know mine is N/A but it might help you out some. I'll post the new pic's up tomorrow. I've not painted the manifold just yet, but I think I'm going to paint it either black or the same silver I did the rest of the engine in. Hope you like it. First time postin' pic's of the rebuild.
