Is it a good idea to mave one in supercharged application? I have not removed the PCV hose to check for oil so i cant say im loosing any, Im just wondering if its a good idea to use somekind of filter weather it be a catch can or a water trap like the ones found on mose air compressors?

I have just the filter off of mine, and of course have a little bit of oil on the cam cover. I am currently looking for a catch can, but the biggest concern I have is where to mount it at so I do not interfere with anything else. If I had a 2.0 Cam cover with the vent on the back of the engine it would be perfect for routing of the breather.....

As for wheter to have one or not, you won't be losing any more oil then you would be with the normal set-up on the engine (unless you starting losing the rings) so there is no requirement for it, just personal preference.
