radiator cap leak under boost ???

1 Bad cap
2 head gasket boosting coolant chambers an building more pressure ?

what do you guys think?

yea as far as i can tell its only under boost. I am running a cometic gasket with copper sealer and arp head studs

make sure the head is still tq'd to specs

also are you running a water cooled turbo ? or just the oil ?

then yeah its either head gasket or head


id go over and check all the bolts(studs and nuts) first

yeah


i know with the copper gaskets you gotta keep tightening them up , and with any gasket you gotta go back over and re-torque it after the first heat cycle

how much coolant is leaking? since i've been in boost land for a few years i have coolant leaking on a daily basis, when the car is warm and starts to get romped on... the way i see it that waterpump is moving some pressure when shes clocking 300+whp

new cap. mine did that.. the cap wasn't sealing anymore.
