Well i went to replace my belt today, found my seal is spinning... again... So i went to napa's page and typed in the number off my original seal.... 48137-36700. They have it, only 5 bux.
This time im going to JBweld it into the housing... i just dont care anymore, as long as the leak stops... Its not leaking through the seal, the seal itself is actually spinning in the housing. (i can see where the outside is worn)
Also typed in just for kicks 4060325 And there also IS a gatorback 32.5inch belt!!! And summit has it! So i ordered my 22.5inch Gatorback belt to try out, A new seal to JB weld in, and some LZTR5A-1 Plugs to try out.
So p/n as follows for most common RSM problems.
Seal - 48137-36700
And hopefully the 32.5inch belt will fit, ill let you guys know when it gets here (i did next day shipping so it should be here on sunday.)

I have the leaky housing but its not that bad, im running a 33 inch belt right now and I no issues and no slip

Yea thats what ive been using... Im gunna try the 32.5 cus with the 33inch on mine the tensioner is as far down as it will go... it looks like it can go 1/4 inch but i took the belt off, and even though the bracket is cut farther, it wont actually hit the end. Im also hoping this seal works....
If only someone made a Manual Power steering rack and we could get rid of the p/s without needing superhuman strength to turn the wheel... Then having a custom pulley made would be cheap lol

Well,if the oil seal is spinning in the housing, that means the pulley is hitting it.Jb weld will only be a temporary fix.I had the same problem with the oil seal spinning on mine also.I had a new seal put in,and after a few days it would leak oil again. The problem was the bearing behind the oil seal. Its allowing the pulley to go to far into the housing, thats why its tearing up your oil seal.Put your finger in through the bearing and see if it has some play in and out.It shouldnt move around at all.I brought my housing to a machine shop and they put a shim behind the bearing to keep it from moving around. You wanna put the shim in because it will move the bearing closer to the pulley, and the pulley wont come in contact with the seal. After i had that done,i never had a problem the oil leaking from the drive housing.

Ok, i'm probably just asking this out of ignorance, but what part of the PS interferes with the supercharger or has an issue with pullies? Because the eco PS is cam driven... Not calling you out just asking out of curiosity.

Cool. I changed my seal and upgraded it and the bearings seal # so25040070tc ss.25.00X40.00X7.00 s.seal-NBR/Steel type:TC inner bearing 6002.2ZR.C3 FAG. I used Loctite seal and bearing retaining compound and so far no leaks.

The RSM Eco Supercharger is also cam-driven. It's drive unit goes in between the head and the stock power steering pump.
wow, all these years and i never even noticed that lol. oops!

I went out and bought a machine shim that was the right outer diameter, had to make the inner hole a lil bit bigger to fit just right over the pulley shaft... I test fitted it (new seal still hasnt arrived) And now the pulley doesnt even come close to the housing... Should be good to go.

Should word this better... Everything bolts back together, and the pulley still moves freely, but now there is no side to side motion and it is set more towards the outside (p/s pump side) of the housing.
