the thing wont even idle. did u just unplug it from the manifold? cuz everythign is already wired up. i followed that diagram you posted about 2 months ago. the 370's are in

i know do not hit boost till its flashed. i have about 30 minute freeway drive for mine. i have an appointment on wed.

Re: eco flash. help snowman, brandoson, eric

also, what fuel pressure do the 370's idle at?

mine acted the same way.....i wired in both connector ends...stock and tmap. i drove around with the stock map plugged in, got the real reflash, then just unplugged the stock map and plugged in the tmap.

did you have teh 370's in? i was under the impression it was too much fuel that was causing this... not the map sensor.

cant help you w/ the vci sorry. I got in trouble for helpin NJHK. SO im sorry but i cant help you.

my advise would be to go to a dealer w/ knowledge of the supercharger kits, either 2.2 or 2.4 and make sure its a gmperformance parts dealer.

as for fuel pressure i know brandoson tld me he had it @ 37psi but he said he wouldnt recommend it. im runnin 46psi on ine but have yet to take it for a real all out sprint.

i would just set it @ 50 psi and then make a run and see how your afrs were.....then lower/raise it as needed. because of the difference in climates(altitude, temperature, ect.) you cant just "set" it. Just test and tune. it only takes a couple minutes and remember. when you are adjusting the afpr make sure the vaccum hose isnt hooked up(learned that from brandonson)

justin , colleens was pluged in

i think the 02 pcms areok with the map , but for some reason the 03-05 dont like it

hers did run rich and it did run fine , but you could smell the cat was working overtime

just give the tech the part # for the reflash , they take that and call tech line , and they give the tech the VCI# , and the tech uses that when he requests the down load in their computer to load into the tech 2

aigth well i got it done. dealer was way cool about it.
set the idle fuel pressure at about 42. nice and smooth.. runs pig rich at 12-14 psi. gotta get my wideband in. im temped to turn the boost up to about 15-16, but im gonna wait till the new engine is done just incase it blows. should have the new one in within 2-3 weeks.. i got stuck working the next 2 weekends. so as soon as i get time, that bastard is going in.

thanks to all that helped me with the reflash. yall know who you are
