I currently have the turbo xs blow off valve and run no more than 9psi. I really want the RFL just because I like the sound. but according to the specs on the RFL they are designed for boost between 9-20? The question is even at 5psi could I or would it be safe for me to use one of these or should I just stick with the "chattering" of the type s. (not that I dont mind) but want something different.

I use mine at 5psi, works fine, it does chatter a little bit though.

The Greddy Type RS BOV is good anywhere from 1psi to higher psi ratings and it sounds great all the time. At least mine doesn't chatter.
