2200 5-6PSI, DO I need a fuel Pump? Or will OEM handle it?
Im on stock injectors(and internals) and Ill take whatever I get from a 5-6PSI boost, and it IS intercooled
depends on fuel pressure unless your bumping that up alot its not any strain its not already able to handle, what are your means of fuel management, electronic?, fmu?

Ill be running a FPR and FMU, but no idea what raitio? 8:1? 10:1? 12:1?
if you can find bigger injectors, you can use hp tuners and you wont need an fmu, 5-6 dont take too much additional fuel

im boostin 5-6 psi on the stock pump (but i do have bosch 440's green top injectors), i've heard the stock pump is good for maybe 10psi? maybe more?? i dont know, there is a thread about it somewhere...
you should get bigger injectors and a wideband . . .
hptuners is a nice replacement for an fmu btw, thats what im running, and its worked out great so far...

well ya figure 5-6psi on top maybe 120whp tops prob a 180whp tops to support that power wouldnt need more than a 29lb injector, with hp tuners wouldnt even need an fmu or adjustable fpr, and there wouldnt be any strain on the fuel pump

thats true... im sure 29lb is more then enough! i plan on getting to 15psi soon, so i went with the 440's

Just play it safe and get at least a walbro 190lph inline.
Better to never have fuel issues because that could mean the end of your engine! They're only about $100 anyway.
i run half bar on my ecotec and i have the stock pump on cold nights it spikes to 10 so i dont think there is a problem with the stock pump and the afpr and afmu. I really think it depends on hp. But i know for a fact that you can make at least 206hp 229ftlb on stock pump with under 10:1 afr. That was before i started tuning. I as well have 42# lbhr injectors. I have boosted with a small t3 to 14psi on stock pump and didnt have any problems concerning fuel. Just traction issues occur at 14psi hell at 7psi there are traction issues. Now i have a large t3/t4 and only boost 7.8psi id say im making about 20hp more at least.

Call me a retarded noob but what exactly is this "hptuners" you all keep talking about? Where can I get it and What does it cost?
I already ordered a FPR, I guess even if i get this magical HPTuners I can still run it?
depends on millions of things, future goals. Tuning abilities, tuning products gonna be used, injectors, specific fuel pressure ?...lots mannn haha. lots of people dont need one for around 6 psi tho

hptuners is a company that makes a device/software that can reflash the stock pcm making it kinda like a stand alone with less wiring... theres a more technical description on their site. www.hptuners.com
great investment over a 300+ (a/s)fmu, i have no fmu, just bigger injectors, afpr, stock pump, 10psi, 11.7a/f's on my wideband
