is there a such thing as a turbo set up for a 2.3? could the engine handle it? can it not be done or has no one tried it? im looking to make some big numbers and was hoping to find a turbo with out doing a engine swap ( although that would be nice
) any info on this would help thanks

First change that 95 engine for any other 90-94 Lo. then turbo it. Yes it can handle it.
The engine itself can hold up to 400hp.

ive actually seen turbo KITS for the LO quad online before..i cant remember where but ill start looking again
..but yes there are plenty of turbo quads out there and yes,they are Fassssttttt

I did it to because that is what I was dealt with. I love my car. YES, its the bastard year, but I have already done things with it that people have said you could'nt do.....like use the oil pump conversion and yes, there is material there. You just have to be precise. I wanted to be the one guy that said, yes itcan be done!!

I just used a 2.4 turbo manifold, removed the head flange, and welded on a 2.3 flange.......

Lol GP took the 95 2.3 motor years ago, boosted it & did many things to it that most would say you couldnt do to it. His bastard motor has been the envy of all who know him & his car for years & years. Just ask Jake, he has ridden in it

Only because I knew that I could use many of the H.O. parts from previous years. I never did get a ride in it...... but I did see it out of the garage a few times...... always loved that car.......

sorry i lost the forum for a while...whats wrong with the 95 block? and diesell do u have any pics of ur set-up?? and i was wondering...whats a downpipe? everyone says they have problems finding one. but could u send pics of the whole set-up so i can get a idea of how to do it? and does anyone know were a write up is?
