I am looking at the GM S/C reflash for my car but I am not sure if it is compatible. BTW the car is a saturn "L" series (flame away)and an automatic. I figured you all would have more experience with the ecotec turbo than anyone so I came here.
is there anything else I may have missed?
P.S. I have been reading about BOV's and there is some conflict in what I have read and what I've been told.
I have read that with an AUTOMATIC the BOV is pointless due to the throttle not being closed during shifts. I have been told that it is needed but no one can tell me why.

I have read the diy turbo list in the sticky but I am wondering if I forgot anything.

with the larger injectors you'll prob need the afpr along with the fmu. dont have an eco so i can't really shoot off too much on what you should do and watch out for
ummm you need a bov. what if your racing and at like 5200rpm and you have to slam on your brake right away. YOu'd have a good 7lbs of boost trying to surge out/into something. your rpms are droping right? your foots off the throttle right? can't go back to an idle speed with boost in the system. you need a bov.
