I installed my turbo kit with a friend and everything as gone pretty well.
T3 Trubo .42 .48
RFL BOV
35mm external wastegate
FMIC
GM 2 Bar MAP sensor
GM 310cc injectors
GM 00-02 s/c reflash
Cartech 2025 FMU
NGK TR6
2.5" intercooler piping
2.5" exhaust (no cat)
Hallman Evolution Boost controller
AEM wideband
The only thing is that I didn't install the FMU and I started testing the car at 3.5 psi. I installed the MBC and boost it up to 7-8 psi and my wideband show around 12.5 at WOT 8 psi.
Now I was wondering if AFR of 12.5 is good for 8 psi or it should be under 12 ?
So if 12.5 is ok then I don't need any FMU to richen up. Is that right?
Thanks!
Yeah, That sounds pretty good. What is the ratio at idle? Is it running rich then?
At idle, it bounce around 14 and 16 and it idle pretty fine.
i put a jet performance programmer in my car. and it idled fine when i first got it but after 3 months of having it it started running rich becuase the spark plugs got gummed up and it began to missfire.

....... And this has to do with his Turbo 2.4 how? Oh yea, the Jet Performance isn't worth the box it came in. All it does is change the MAP readings based on TPS...... not really a 'Power Programmer'
