ATPTurbo.Com: My Experience/Review

I recently placed an order with this company and thought some of you on here might benefit from hearing how it went.

The last thing I needed for my install was (2) wastegate flanges and (1) oil drain flange. I placed an order online (on monday) and payed with Paypal. After all was said and done, it came up with some sort of "error" message. So, I called them and apparently it's a problem with Paypal itself--the order never goes through--just the money. So they took my order over the phone and told me I could call back later for my tracking info.

I called on Tuesday morning, and the woman asked if she could have a few minutes to find my info and call me right back. And she did--5 minutes later! I told her instead of giving me the 21-digit number over the phone, she could e-mail it to me. And she did--quicker than I could walk to my computer. Apparently the package had still gone out Monday afternoon (from CALIFORNIA) and was on my door step in N.Y. on Wednesday.

I simply can't remember ever having such a good experience with an online company (of this caliber). If you guys need a part and need it quick, have faith in these people. I liked them so much, I might even use them full time for all our flange needs at the shop.

Cheers!

I order almost everything from that place for my turbo setup and they worked with me 110%

I order things a couple days apart and simply called and told them to hold onto the first package until everything was ready and send it all at once and they had no problem at all with it.

Thats what i like to hear. I usually get jacked around by companies and it takes months to get parts.

I'm glad you've had such a good experience. They definately know their stuff, and have the parts in stock (which is a nice change)

My only complaint is, if you're ordering from Canada, expect to pay out the a$$ on brokerage when they ship ONLY via FedEx.

Very good company otherwise, I just wish they'd cater to us Canucks a little better. They'd get more business.

ATP is great, not just because they rarely screw up, but because when they do they make it right quickly. When I ordered my VES the first one that came to me wouldn't open because the butterfly shaft had somehow gotten bent in transit or maybe warped when welding... So they overnighted me a new one no questions asked.

Wow, this website is great. I just made up a whoe order sheet, with a T3/T04e 57 trim, wastegate, SSQV BOV, piping, oiling kit, all flanged, fasteners, the whole schebange except a intercooler, which i figure would be around $250. The total from ATP was $1600!. For basically a whole turbo kit except the manifold and intercooler, that is a pretty good price, and it was all quality parts.

I like this company so far.
