Well my understanding is that bar plate cores are better then tube fin. But does the price different really make up for it. For example, the Johnnyracecar FMIC are like $200 ish, a Garret FMIC is like $400 ish. Is that really worth paying double the amount of a tube fin setup?

as far as i know its th e quality of the materials and the name is what your paying for. but its really up to you johnny race car intercoolers are very decent for the price.
