hello org. i made this post on another site to get some imfo before i start my install.
Haven't got many replys. so I'm putting it here. so here it is . Any info you can give would be great. thanks

hello all whats up. Just to give you a little run down. I have a 05 cavalier with 5 spd. I'm going to being doing my install of my turbo and things in about a month. I'm trying to plan a vacation to do it in cause I'm doing almost everything my self. I hope this thread is going to be a place where i can post all my Q. (so i don't jack anyone Else's thread) Just to give you a run down on my part they are as follows.

Hahn portfuler (the kit)
t3 60 trim with 48a/r hot and 42 cold
walbro 255 in tank fuel pump with install kit
johnnyracecar intercooler
greaddy type rs bov w/flange
tial 38mm waste-gate
exploited log mani. now its hrprowelding.com.
innovate wide band kit (the one that goes in the pod)
three gauge pillar pod
auto meter electric boost gauge
And one more spot for another gauge.(any suggestions on what to get)
A bunch of mic. vacuum lines
12 t-bolt clamps
12 silicone couplers (black)
auto meter oil fitting for feed line MM x 1.75
all my oil and feed line are on the way from ATP.com
(does anyone know if there is a place that does custom length lines for oil feed and return. i don't really want to have a extra foot of line to feed my turbo)

And i think thats it. their is a few Mic things laying around i can't think of now but any suggestion or recommendation would be great.

OH! I have this guy that fixes all the wheels that dint or crack that people bring into my work, that has access to a mandrel bender and is going to do all my charge pipes with a black power coat on them as soon as i have it towed to him when everything gets installed. and then I'm going to drive it with open down pipe to the exhaust shop and I'm getting IN exhaust with a high flow cat and no muffler.

heres a link to my yahoo photos of all my things minus a few things that i haven't taken a pic of yet but will soon. (i work way to much to do anything as of now )http://pg.photos.yahoo.com/ph/mkennedy0322/album?.dir=7976&.src=ph&store=&prodid=&.done=http% 3a//photos.yahoo.com/ph//my_photos

And i plan on doing a clutch kit I'm not sure about the flywheel yet. And all the internals at a later time going stock for now.

And Q comments or suggestions welcome. thanks for reading.

IN the mix of all that mumbo jumbo their is a few Q in it. so any help would be appreciated

Couple of suggestions:

What are you doing for spark plugs? Are you staying with stock?

Add an oil pressure gauge in you empty spot in your pod. This can be a warning if you aren't getting enough oil to make your turbo and engine happy or depending on where you put the sending unit, it could tell you if you are getting too much oil pressure to you turbo.

Don't forget to add 3 o2 sensor bungs. 2 for stock sensors which you should keep, and one spot for your wideband.

Maybe double think the whole no muffler idea. Your car will be fairly loud without one and attention from your local law enforcement is sure to be drawn(which is a bad thing unless you like to race police cars like some members of the JBO )

Good luck with everything!

Boosted Eco @9psi for now....WRX come spring.....
