Why spend all the money on a Hahn kit when you get swap in a Saab turbo and manifold for the Ecotec....it looks stock and gives you up to 15lbs of boost....

As for Maximumboost.net, I heard they piece their kit from items on Ebay => Garbage

You definitely don't want to run more than 5psi of boost non-intercooled, and I personally wouldn't even try it with no fuel mods.

If you do a few searches on Frank McKeever and Maximum Boost, you might find some answers to your questions. For a while his business practices were under scrutiny but he has since established Maximum Boost as a legal company with a tax ID number. Even so, his product quality is still being questioned and many here will agree that his turbos were not of high quality. Recently he has promised new parts from new distributors with better overall quality. As far as I know this has yet to be proven and his kits have yet to be heavily tested and researched on our cars (especially for the Ecotec).

If you're looking for a quality kit with a good name behind it, Hahn Racecraft is the way to go. That is, if you have a manual tranny. Other than that your only other choice would be to piece together your own setup. You'll learn alot more about boost and its aspects by doing so, guaranteed.

Blown.
