I recently finished installing my turbo kit, and the first time i started the car, it ran like crap, and it still does. I have an inline fuel pump up towards the front of the car, and a OBX FMU, and I am pretty sure that I have all the gas lines hooked up right. I still have my stock fuel pressure regulator, is this a problem. When it is running, it sounds like it is missing, but I don't know why it would. Should I check my new injectors I installed,(had to do my own wiring), or is it something to do with the FMU and the inline pump, or does it just need to be tuned.
Please help me I am stuck, and I want to drive my car
Thanks
yes i did, they were all fine
What kind of plugs you have in?
What are they gapped at?
I have the bosch platinum with the 4 tips, and i don't think you can gap them?
Bingo. First off they're Bosch which miss on a STOCK engine.
2nd off they're platinum. No good... go get good copper plugs.
Good luck. 10-1 bet the car idles and runs perfectly on better plugs.

Slowly but surely may some day win this race...
thanks alot i will try that, any plugs you would recommend?
So I checked all my plugs, and three of them had wet gas on them, and one of them was dry. I am not sure what this means, so i checked the wiring on the injector of the cylinder that had the dry plug, and it was messed up, so I fixed it, and it still misses.
thanks for any help you give me.
Sounds more to me like your running realllllly rich at idle, it will make the car run like total douche and miss, depending on the size of your injectors its probably your stock FPR causing it. My car did the exact same thing on its first start with 36lb injectors and around 50 psi Idle pressure after leaning it out it was good to go runs smooth and silk now.
I would work on leaning it out before ditching the plugs even though they deffinently are the worst plugs ever made. Honestly my recommendation is stock plugs unless your going for really high boost.

Thanks alot for the advice, im pretty new at this stuff, and i don't know much, so I have to ask, how do I lean it out? Do I have to get a new FPR?
Thanks
NGK TR6s thats what you want. They will solve all your prolbems. Those bosch are killing you.. Gap them to .30-.35
lol. My bad. I for got the damn 0

It might also help if you update your profile with the proper info and mods. I agree about the plugs, but I think you may need some proper tuning by somebody that does know what they are doing and can also "teach/train" you how to properly make the right adjustments.

what are the best ngk plugs? I have looked around at my local auto parts stores and can't find the TR6s
Try CarQuest. Thats where I got mine from. The TR6s are 1 step colder plug. If you cant find them, Then ask them for a 1 step colder plug over stock.

Any Advance or Autozone will have them next day.. Make sure you do not put anymore platnums in though.... Get colder plugs..

Ok I got new plugs in, the NGK's, and it still misses really bad, and i can't even hit the gas now, or it will die out. Other than tuning, is there anything else i should try?
Thanks
sounds like your just flooding your engine. I mean, larger injectors with a stock fpr sounds kinda wrong to begin with.
but like ImPhat said, try updating the profile with a list of parts to try n help u out.
