I need pics if anybody has em of where to get oil feed and return for an ecotec. I know you can use and excisting hole in the block for the return, but there are a couple spots to choose from. Before you say go search, I did and all I found was an old post and the pic that was posted is no longer hosted. If anybody has a pic of the return and where you got your feed, please post them up, I need to get this done today, thanx alot.

No.......We won't leave him alone.......People need to search.....I don't care if he is installing it right now....He needs to learn to search because both places he SUPPOSEDLY searched pulled out links right away almost......
I used to race cars, now I race myself.

if we can search and find the info then he should be able to as well
we cant help those that cant help themselves
if he asked for specifics on what to search for so that he could search better , that is different
I DID search, sheesh. Sorry if I am not a master searcher, please kill my kids for me being so stupid. Anyways, I ended up finding the pics of Arizona J body sight and the car is running good with no leaks.

man asking you for what to search for is an even bigger waste of time then just asking
he is trying to show him....
if he wants info FASTER, he can search and find it much faster than posting for us to do the same search he could have done, then post it for him to click the link to the posts that he could have found on his own.
with threads like this MOST the time using part of the title of the thread asking the question in the search box will find the answer. Always make sure to set it to "ALL DATES" and if that does not find what you need do the exact same search but click the "message bodies" box.
On this one specifically you can type either "ecotec oil drain" or "ecotec oil feed" and both come up with several posts with all the info needed with pictures.
I really dont mind re-posting the info that much, but if he is actually installing it and is expecting it faster he is
better off searching... its for HIS good not ours.
we are not trying to be jerks, so don't snap at people asking you to search. Once you learn to search you can find answers faster and easier than posting for someone else to do it for you.
Any time a thread like this comes up the person with the answer has to go search, copy the link and paste it for them. As easy as it is it can make the person asking look dumb sometimes.
"Growing old is mandatory. Growing up? Definitely optional."
1) i thought the exisiting holes are for feed since those passages are pressurized?
2) what does it matter? if you know where to get the feed and return from, why do you need pics? just do it?
this is like all those intercooler piping route threads asking for pics.. look at your car (or car being worked on) visualize a solution in your head, then use your hands to make it happen.
its not brain surgery.
correction:
searching for "ecotec oil return" not drain will find the answers.
typo on my part.
I meant to show how the title of the thread in the search usually works.
