Hey guys. I recently purchased nitrous and I'm already thinking about getting rid of it for a turbo kit. What kind of times could I expect with the stage 1 jtuners kit. They claim around 180 horse and 215 ft/lbs. Does anybody have this kit?
I don't have the kit, but it is very impressive, I have a custom kit for the 2200.......

lol. Well does anybody have any input that has the kit. I hafta agree with you guys though, the all time power would be nice. I like the extra potential of the turbo as well.

sorry about the double. bump this shizzle. anybody out there have the kit?
Most people go the DIY route with the LN2 because it's so easy. However, there are a few people like Adler who have used their manifold with VERY good success. They also have a well-sized turbo, very good choices all around. However, you can DIY intercooler and save hundreds instead of paying the $1000 for their intercooler option.
Don't forget to add some tuning options before boosting however.

I personally have the kit, Adam and the team are great alone, they will stand behind on whatever they do, the kit runs great. and running on 9psi and everything was peachy. Everything fit just fine. I'd say get it. no questions.

sorry no edit button. I don't have times yet though and its not fully tuned quite the way I want it. but currently I'm running 189 whp but my story is a little different. I am running on a 1990 tbi cavalier with a 2.2. (pretty much everything is the same as 95+ but you get the just) in 1990 the crank hp was rated around 90 (rediculous I know) which means at the wheels its about 80 hp or so give or take.

if my goal wasn't to build a 200+ whp ALL-MOTOR OHV, i'd be all over the Jtuners manifold and downpipe setup. 180 HP in a J-body should be more than enough for low-mid 14's, possible high 13's with a GOOD driver and a car thats been properly lightened for racing (not talking crazy gutting, just spare, seats, and 1/4 tank of gas). There are N/A ecotecs with just bolt ons making 140 whp and running 14.8/14.9, so another 40 whp could go a long way. Just gotta get it to hook up.

Anybody know anything about the jtuners kit for the 2.4? You are all talking about how good the 2200 kit is. Would you say the kit for the 2.4 is to be as good as it is for the 2200?
My car has two speeds, fast and faster.
Can I get a link to this kit? thanks
