Wich one for my setup

I was wondering if an AFPR will be enough for my setup or i'll need an FMU.

2.4L turbo 8 psi with the 00-02 s/c reflash, 310cc injectors.

I think if I buy an AFPR that can raise fuel pressure up to 80 psi i'll be ok!

Right?

Thanks!

i'd suggest an fmu just to be safe... a cartech maybe on a low low rising rate...

the afpr could help, well it will but I dont know how well raising your idle pressure will affect your idle...

but then again maybe it will be alright, with nothing added, I am not to familiar with what the 2.4's are running at 8 psi with the reflash..

do you have a wideband?

Cartech FMU is a must for boost. If you run the AFPR up too high you will have too much fuel and run rich and then at boost lean it out. You need the cartech to balance it out, good fuel for normal driving and then added for boost. Thats from my experience with the GM blower, 6 PSI.

Ok thank you guys. I will definetly go the safe way.

I don't have any wideband for the moment but I will probably get the AEM UEGO or Zeitronix with a laptop. By the way, wich one you suggest for our cars, AEM UEGO or Zeitronix ZT-2?

Now, will I need to change the stock FPR if I install an FMU or the stock FPR will be ok?

Thanks again!
