Hey i was wondering if it would be a good investment to buy a intercooler from a 1st gen eagle talon???
Its going on an 1989 sunbird (t3) turbo.

the talon intercoolers are side mount. It really depends on your budget, but if you can afford a front mount, I would certainly take it over a 1st gen dsm.
That side mount will probably be too small for any real power applications. There is a reason the DSM guys ditch the side mounts to run real power.
